<VV> Wheel size, bolt pattern and back spacing

Hi:
 
I have a 1966 Corsa Convertible. I am interested in buying a set of Chevy  
Rally wheels 14 x 6 or a set of Olds Cutlass Rally Wheels 14 x 6 for  my car. 
The bolt pattern is 5 x 4.75 and the back spacing is 4.25 or 3.5. Is  this 
correct and will they fit? What is the correct bolt pattern and back  spacing for 
the wheels to fit on the car?
