<VV> Greenbrier Brake Problem

For some reason my Corsa has done this twice in the past three years--same  
symptoms.  On both occasions the LEFT front cylinder had seized up so the  
right front and rears were doing the braking--hence the pull to the  right.  Both 
brake jobs were done by paid mechanics as I didn't have time  to do the work 
myself.  New wheel cylinders were used both times.  No  rust.
