<VV> Bolivia More progress

As I pack up to leave the car again til January, you can see my 2 weeks of
work and the state of the car at 9 months on

I'm placing parts orders today to the vendors and scheduling a trip to the
Corvair Ranch for the end of December for the belt trim and a few
miscellaneous items.  Then January will be putting the engine together and
finishing the body.

I've also added a page on what all this logistics is like.  Comments and
suggestions are always welcome.
