There was a writeup on this van and the parts/methods he used to do the swap in a communique about 5 - 7 years ago.  I've since lost my communiques in vairious moves, so can't tell you which one it was.  From my decrepit memory, it seems like the parts came from a mid 80's or 90's VW vanagon?
