Speaking of failed rubber:       (no smart-ass remarks)



Tried to go someplace in the '69 Monza.    Started, ran for about 10 
seconds and quit.   Nothing but cranking noises, not a lick.    Had 
fire, no fuel.

Replaced the rubber fuel hose link behind the engine shrouding.    It 
had a mouse mouth sized hole gnawed through it, neatly carved like it 
was drilled, only with tooth marks on the rubber around the edges.


Watch out guys, the field mice are stealing gas...

The tacky part is that there's a colony of cats that live 
here.    Someone's been falling down on the job.
