Welcome to the group...!!!
It would help if you told us what size 5 lug wheel[s] you intend to use...
5x 4.5" or 5x 4.75" or 5x 5.0"
For 5x4.5" you just use 1 of the four holes already and mark / drill the
other four!
For 5x4.75" lugs while retaining stock wheel placement is as simple as
welding ONE of the 4 holes closed and marking / drilling the 5 new ones
[ one will always protrude into the one hole..why you weld one]
If original wheel placement was not inportant..the FC axles are used with a
spacer behind the backing plate.
For 5x5.0" you just mark / drill the 5 new holes..but it is very close to
the edge! Lots of wheels in this bolt pattern..but mainly for trucks!
To keep the wheel inside the fender...your choices are very limited... as
are tire sizes...

This is to all you fanatics out there. I'm a newbe corvair junky and would
like to know how to convert a 4 lug wheel off of a 63 conv. to a 5 lug wheel
and still fit the wheelwells. Thanks in advance, Paul.
