Can anyone please tell me what is the difference between the 150 and 180
turbo exhaust turbine with shaft and impeller. Can I tell by looking at the
part? if so what do I look for?

If you have the exhaust housing it came out of, look at exhaust end.  Early
150HP had a flat gasket seal to the pipe.  Late 180HP uses a donut gasket
with tapered seat.
