Yep, the oil cooler air connection is longer for the 12 plate oil cooler.  
Although, a quick cut with a Dremel will make it work.

between the "top shroud" of a 140 and  a 110?

Does anyone in the Charlotte area have a working used (or  new) vacuum 
advance unit for sale? The car is a 66 - 110 - 4speed  !
