In California, driving under 65 gets cops and school buses honking at you to 
get out the way !

"Keeping pace" with traffic and not watching the speedo has got me going 95 
before I notice (OK, maybe I like to stay a little ahead of the motorists 
who are reading or texting while they drive, but just enough so they can't 
reach me...)
