i run then in permatex 59b carb cleaner for a long time (6-8 hours)   then 
rinse / soak in lacquer thinner ..then blow them out (carefully of course  ).  
cant see why that is not enough, been doing it that way for a ton of  oil 
coolers over the years.  same with carbs.
i rinse all the small parts after dipping , in a gallon dip bucket i  have of 
recycled (cheap) lacquer thinner .
