<VV> OT: Excel help

Sorry for the OT post but since I'm sure someone here must be more
skilled than I am at using Microsoft Excel...

I'm trying to set up what I thought was a simple Excel spreadsheet and
I've run into a roadblock on formatting cells for time.  The "help"
isn't helping.  I don't want to clog up the list with details.  If
anyone is willing to assist, please contact me off list.  MANY THANKS!
