most sizes are still available thru tool trucks such as snapon , mac tools  , 
cornwell tools , matco . and i think even sears craftsman still shows  them.  
i  got 2 of each long ago and ground the ends flat on one of  each size. 
sometimes this will give a better bite. stock has a little too much  of a dome on 
them.
most of the ramp bolts will give you a big fight , so dont plan on saving  
them.
