<VV> Carb problem 63

Make sure to Bench test this carb before reinstalling......act like a pro!!!

Also... Do you even have the chokes hooked up?    Remember the Choke pulloff 
works to Force the Butterfly slightly OPEN after the engine starts....a fully 
closed choke only makes it stumble...not die!
