Sounds like a BUNCH of bad grounds, etc. Make sure you have a GOOD SOLID
ground at EACH headlight plug. Then check to make sure the headlight plugs are
in good shape, and actually making contact.
And last but not least, make sure the sealed beams are good! Digital
mulitmeters are wonderful tools.
