<VV> carb issue

running good.  The issue is, when I choke off each carb with my hand. 
Blocking either  carb will stall the engine, but when I block off the LH 
carb with my palm,  I get gas all over my palm. Doesn't do that on the RH 
carb. I just  replaced both stones, still doing it. Is this a flooding 
problem? Stuck  float? Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Paul, 
Unfortunately is sounds like a valve seating problem. Try readjusting your  
valves.
