JR,  if the bearing is original..it may have the flexible lip seal and a 
syringe greaser would work..

The way I've fixed several.......penetrating oil....a layer on top at every 
stop....and before he turns in for the night... works great....I've seen the 
noise disappear forever on dunebuggies [ ran weekends / 10 -20 times a year]  
and last accross country on a few others...
