I just converted a '66 AM radio, and a '63 AM Radio to accept Mp3 input.  Its REALLY easy, if you are ok with MONO, not Stereo.  There are even instructions in the CORSA Tech guide (supplement, I believe).
If you dont have the tech guide, email me off line....or maybe I will write up the article for the communique.
