Glad to hear it's all coming together!

On the CHT gauges, there is nothing cheaper than the Westach (where a 
full setup costs less than a thermocouple alone from Autometer)... 
except for the little known Falcon gauges which are made by Westach... 
but cost around 40% less. The dual CHT gauge is available in both series.

If you plan to use the sensor under a spark plug as designed (which is 
how I use them) you'll find it easier (but not critical) to run the 
wiring before bolting down the turkey roaster.
