<VV> wheel rims/tires

Bill is exactly right - I'd suggest a 195/70-14 to go on those  
wheels, that would be very close to a stock size.  If you get steel  
wheels you may even be able to put 14" Chevy wheel covers on for a  
look that will fool the casual observer that it's stock.
