Addendem to original message:

The biggest problem with my current rims is that they do not fit the lugs as 
they are on the car.  There is a "lug extension" (for lack of a better term) 
  that is off set, screws onto the exisiting lug on the car and the wheel 
and lug nuts go onto the extensions.  My hubby feels that this is a 
potentially unsafe arrangement, and would prefer to go to a more stock 
option.  I can send pictures if I am not explaining this well....believe me, 
I would love to keep the rims/tires....they're gorgeous.

My '63 has the prettiest spoke wheels on it...unfortunately, 14" not 13".
Would anyone have a use for them?  I want to buy proper 13" wheels and find
spoke hubcaps...spinners I think they are called.  If interested, please
contact me off list and I will provide you with pictures.  I would say they
are in good condition, some very light surface rust here and there...nothing
sos and elbow grease won't cure.  It really is too bad that they are too big
for my 'vair....they are lovely.
