I agree that Kemp was a real nice guy, worth recalling.

Met him during a brief residency in Virginia near him.  I credit him  
as one of those Corvair people that furthered my enjoyment of  
Corvairs. Helpful and friendly to a then "newbie!"

Just had to add this although I suspect it violates some posting rule  
about "me too" messages.
