wall on dual wall exhaust pipes. Might not be the cause of the left
"locking up", but certainly a hidden defect that could cause a "pull".
Generally, you can not blow compressed air through one of these
"collapsed" hoses.
Brakes hoses have a recommended life span of ten years, sort of like
tires. If they are over ten years old, replace them on the sake of
principal and safety. Maybe some custom replacement stainless/teflon
style hoses would be economically attractive. You might want to check
with The Vendors for price and availability for both types.
If one pushes this interval to 20 years, most of our cars are due for
their second full set of replacement hoses ...
