Thanks Mike,

That gives me a pretty good idea.  Still, I'd like to know the "factory"
locations to drill for the front seat belt lateral positions, measurements
or a diagram.  Mine aren't drilled or dimpled, (though the inboard
positions are drilled with nuts welded in place).
