Wow it would appear that the entire message is an active link.
You can't even search for other listings by using the same phrases, but
they are all the same banter, buy it now, click the link, don't read
Ebay messages, slow internet, only 7600.00, etc.
I wouldn't click anywhere on the page as who known what you may get for
your curiosity.

This is a known scam and as soon as they get reported they normally pop
away and then re-appear later.
This group "harvests" auction logins and passwords by sending emails to
buyers and sellers with links that require them to sign in (to complete
the deal). Once the un-suspecting Ebayer does they have given there
information to the scammers.
With legitimate logins of known buyers/sellers (with good feedback) they
list bogus cars with cheap buy it now prices to scam more people for
their money and or their logins and passwords.
I have seen the same car listed multiple times, over and over again.
As odd as it sounds the idiot scammer use a standard Buy it now price of
$7600.00 for a load of stuff.

BS....
