<VV> door sills

I also have an early production "700" 4 door with painted sill plates and two 
small stops on the sill above the license plate for the hood bumpers to rest 
on. Eventually they decided these were not needed instead they made the screw 
in and locknut version. Car is for sale. pics at Detroit.
