<VV> 1966 turbo

 Everything looks to be working together, Any ideas has to why it would not build any boost. I forgot to say this turbo unit was rebuilt back in 1977 and the car was driven another 1500 miles before the flyweel rivits started to rattle. I bought it in 2001 got it running but turbo would not work. Its been sitting in my garage since. Now I decided its time to get it running and fixed up.
