Can some one explain how the turbo should spin when removed. I took mine off
and got the propellers on the exhaust side to move but does not spin like
it does on the carb side.
_______________________________________________
Define "removed" - If the exhaust housing is still installed onto the main
bearing carrier with the stock V-clamp, and tightened up, the wheels should
spin freely. The tightening of the clamp onto the housing compresses an area
under the wheel, which allows the turbo to spin. When the exhaust housing is
removed, the seal expands underneath, adding a bunch of drag to the spinning
assembly. - Seth
