<VV> update on highway/ interstate snags

Hi Clark, Do we have any major problems with the Interstates in and 
around Detroit?
Atlanta is always a nightmare with traffic tie ups. What time does 
your weekday rush
hour start in the afternoon? Any heads ups will be appreciated. Post to VV.
