<VV> Norman Helbert - does anyone know about him?

I'm pretty certain he's a former owner and restorer of my '62 Rampside so 
I'd like to get in touch with him to find out what he did and when.
I have an old address for him in CT but I can't find hm listed anywhere. 
Any information would be appreciated.  Thanks!
