...one of them stick opens and then will close back down with a few revs 
of the engine, but it hasn't gone back to normal since 2 days ago....

Sorry to say that this sounds like a dropped valve seat that has been 
going in and out on you and has finally decided to stay "out" of it 
pocket.   A simple compression test will tell if this is the case or not.
