<VV> Turbo alignment

My bet is that the bolt flange on the turbo inlet pipe (where it 
connects to the mounting bracket and bottom of the exhaust scroll) is 
misaligned.  I had a new one that force the entire turbo/carb/air 
cleaner to tilt down toward the driver's side as opposed to sitting 
level.  The misalignment was pretty subtile -- even when I compared 
it with a good one, I really couldn't see the difference.  But it was 
obvious when everything was mounted.

Try a new pipe.
