Me thinks your confusing CW with CCW. CW stands for clock-wise. If you
rotate the TV CW, it sort of freewheeling (no resistance to rotation) until
the end, where you will mean SOME resistance as the internal lever presses
the downshift plunger. Then the end of the belcrank (for the link to the
carbs) will be at 12 o'clock.

thethrottle rod from the tunnel will not fit in the belcrank'sfitting. I
also noticed that when I go CCW,there is a sort of pressure change at the
end of the rotation thatlasts about 1/4" of the turn and when I let go,the
belcrank passes back though that until the main part of the arm isat 12
o'clock.
