<VV> Oil Seal Interchange

Once upon a time long ago, The Communiqué had a Tech Tip that listed the manufacturers numbers for the seals used on the Corvair.  This valuable item apparently never got into the Tech Guide and now I need it for a handful of seals in their boxes that I got at an estate sale.  Does anyone have the date of that Communiqué?  I probably have it as I never throw anything away.
