In 1970 I was in the 2nd grade where the slide rule was one at a time down
the playground slide. And my son's 1963 Monza was still a daily driver in
Canton, GA.

I bought a Texas Instruments SR-10 in about 1970 for $150. 4 function plus
sq root!! Still have it. The ORIGINAL nicads still hold a charge for 6mo
or more. I wish we had Nicads like that now- 36 yrs old and still working
