If we are opening discussion beyond Corvair and
Econoline, I would suggest that Willys had them all
beat with the tiny FC150 of 1957. 4 cylinder, 81"
wheelbase, forward control, engine in cab between the
seats. Later version FC170 with longer wheelbase, 6
cylinder was made thru 1965.
