<VV> valve stem seals..

I am getting the heads together on a 140, for the 68 monza.  Bought new 
valves and springs, guides are the old ones that were in the heads,  the valve to 
stem clearance is good  (.002-.003) should I use stem seals on  the intake 
side, or as some suggest, run without them ? What do ya'll think ? (  I plan on 
this being a daily driver )
