Your bleeder / wheel cylinder is rusted and blocked...

1 Do you have any pedal resistance when everything is closed up? if not..you
need to start with the pass. rear...then drivers rear .the pass. front..then
drivers front. DID you ever have any brakes on this car just before you
started to work on it?

2 IF you have some pedal:

TIP.... remove bleeder completely.....stomp on pedal! [ it'll blow out most
rust usually!]

Here we go..you know the "Proceedure"..but not any idea of what your trying
to do... you are trying to MOVE the AIR out of the system....PUMPING /
making pressure only MIXES Fluid and air....into small bubbles.....you never can
get all of them out.....when you stop..the air goes back together into ONE BIG
BUBBLE and no / or soft pedal!

A Fill Reservoir....lay cap ontop

Get a can / cup clear bottle ...1/2" of brake fluid in bottom....hose
from Bleeder to bottom of can...immersed in fluid.

B SLOWLY push pedal to floor and hold for 5 seconds....then release
pedal...wait for 20 seconds..the HOLE the fluid goes thru is very small.....and
only is OPEN when the pedal is fully UP...

C After pumping 3 -4 times.......look at can...is new fluid visible....any
bubbles?.....If new fluid and NO bubbles....tighten bleeder / refill MC and go
to next one!
