Ned,
You should know by now that the fellow is most likely looking for one for  an 
aircraft... that's what they're told to ask for... a 65 or later 110  
non-smogger.... I've sold a few engine blocks over the years to some of those  
guys... they have to tear them down completely anyway, so I got rid of several  
blocks I had but didn't need... and a few 110 heads.... from what I heard they  
run into people who either won't sell them a running engine (which if *I* was  
gonna fly in the sky with one I'd make sure EVERYTHING was up to snuff) or  
people don't want to sell *anything* to them.....
I'm all for having new "enthusiasts" in the hobby... I see it as being no  
different than having a Devin or Avenger, or for that matter a Wayne 100 boat in 
 the club.... but there will always be those who will disagree.
