What  I have found to work well is a metal lid off of a pint jar of
mayonaise or salad dressing jar- the trouble is that most of them now are
plastic.
But if you can find one it is a perfect fit- you can just shoot a self
tapping screw or a pop rivet in on the side and it is done.
