"VOO-DOO Medicine Man" means he probably worked on the F101 or RF101
VooDoo... When I worked on F4s, we had a patch with a little guy in
black with a black hat (kinda like Spy vs. Spy in MAD magazine). We
were "Phantom Phixers"...
