Thank you - whoever started the thread.

My reservation was made a month ago but I never received anything.  I
just 
called and they do indeed have my reservation in their computer.  They
just 
forgot to charge my card and/or to mail the reservation (paper copy) to
my 
home.  So, if you've not received any communication from them, it might
be 
wise to check into it.
