Deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff's Office were dispatched at 7:46

Once on the scene, deputies determined a 2005 Volkswagen Touareg SUV

left side of the trailer, striking the trailer frame ahead of the rear
axles. The vehicle then hit the rear axles of the trailer, tearing them
loose from the trailer frame before spinning around and coming to a stop
along the east side of Ohio 515.
Blake's truck went off the west side of Ohio 515 into a ditch striking
several trees before coming to a rest.
