While you're at it, try to make them understand that we'd like to pay 
less than 100 bucks per tire...

I've seen where some of the repops of F and G 70x14 1tires went, 
price-wise, particularly seeing as how some of those tires sold for 
around 28-32 bucks apiece when new.
