<VV> Bias Ply Tires

I'm just curious...being that meticulous about stock
is he using BIAS-PLY tires?

  Smitty Says:  The dogged and ridiculous dedication to originality in tires by AACA has kept me from even entering any of their judged events.  It is also a requirement of pure stock in our Corvair community.  If I were a rule maker I would deduct points for any car that shows in concours with bias ply tires unless it arrived in a trailer.  It is stupid that the defenders and protectors of vintage cars promote the use of tires that dangerous.  We didn't know any better in the 60s but we do now.
