We need another LAW / RULE!!!

Everyone MUST  read  and SIGN  the  bi-monthly Guidelines!  and return via 
email

Who will then personally  UNCHECK the "Moderate" option for each!

I will personally turn it ON for everyone each time the  Guidelines are 
published
