<VV> Parts Gathering

It's time to start gathering parts for a warm up of my '66 turbo motor.  I
want to build a nice street\highway cruise engine with a bit more power than
stock without loosing streetability and reliability.  As a long time lurker
on this topic, is the consensus that a good place to start is to find a set
of 95hp heads and go from there.  Once I've got the heads, I'd like to ship
them off to Ray Sedman and let him work his magic.  Am I starting in the
right direction?
