Yea, you  unbolt it and turn it upside down. ...180°

Well, Best to unbolt it - rotate it, then turn it upside down and bolt it  
down. It should uncover the hole! The only reason NOT to totally remove it  - is 
that it will then be missing come late spring when you need to bolt it  back 
in place. - Seth
