Mark Ellis who runs the '69 group would know, but since there were only 521 to start with,
I did take a quick look at the roster book (available from Clark) my guess would be 300 - 400
Which is an extremely high percentage, but a small number in absolute terms.  Anyway, I've got
one of them!
