<VV> Wheel Beauty Rings

I recently acquired a couple of Rampsides full of parts from a local fellow who inherited them but really didn't want to start a new hobby with them.  Among them are a couple of sets of Beauty Rings as sold by Clarks some time back (CX5364), new and in their original boxes.  They snap on in place of the hub caps on the 60 - 61 wheels that have the bumps for small hub caps.  My question is: What goes in the center to hide the center of the wheel?  There's also a new set of baby moons from JCW but the two items don't fit together, so, how are these Beauty Rings used?  Anybody know about these items?
