Gee, Seth, while you're at it, why not plaster the engine with
thermoelectric cells and generate electricity while cooling the engine. The
electric power could drive the front wheels with motors. And by the way,
what are you smoking?

Smitty Says; Absolutely. Far as that goes why go hi tech. Just boil water with the engine heat and run a small steam engine to turn the fan. Steam turbine maybe. See, I can think up a goofey way to do something that doesn't need doing too. Viva La Fanbelt.
